Hi! I’m Annie :)

Since launching my virtual design business in 2020, I've worked with hundreds of clients across the globe, eventually finding my true niche in vacation rentals in 2023. Since then, I've personally designed more than 60 properties from top to bottom, and I remain fully hands-on with every project I take on.

Rather than delegating to a team, I manage every part of the design myself - so you get my complete focus and expertise, start to finish.

I design the space for guests, but I built my process for the hosts.

I gravitated toward vacation rentals because of the unique challenge they present: bridging the gap between a highly photogenic listing and a deeply comfortable retreat. Designing for hospitality means creating a space that resonates with guests online, while functioning effortlessly the moment they walk through the door, and creating the perfect backdrop for memorable trips with the people they love.

While a scroll-stopping aesthetic is always the goal, I care even more about designing environments where people can actually relax, have fun, and make great memories. No two properties are the same, and that's part of what makes this work so rewarding - I love working across different styles, in completely different locations, tailoring each space to its own unique guest.

  • This home is definitely a beautiful from the outside to the inside. The pictures don't do justice. There was so much for our multi families to do from all ages! The house was spacious, the rooms were tidy, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The bathrooms were clean and tons of bath towels and beach towels for everyone. The blankets were soft and fluffy. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and amenities. Plenty of space for everyone .. we never felt crowded and as a matter of fact we are already planning our next trip back. Thank for a wonderful staycation. WE WIL BE BACK!!!

The cabin itself was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and comfortably accommodated our group of 6 families, including 4 of the families with children. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the beautiful backyard provided the perfect space to relax and enjoy time together. There were also plenty of activities at the cabin to keep both adults and kids entertained.

The owners paid exceptional attention to detail from the cactus pillows, lounge sets, very cool coffee table and overall bright, fun feel! The details both large and small made this a luxurious stay.
