The Project
Transform a spacious Glendale home into an entertainment-packed desert sanctuary. The goal was to design a versatile interior that caters just as easily to family vacations as it does to groups in town for a big game or concert. By maximizing the main living area (including integrating a multi-game table directly into the lounge space) we created highly functional, comfortable gathering zones that keep a group of twelve connected and entertained.
The Vibe: Desert Modern
We leaned into a warm, contemporary Southwestern aesthetic inspired by the surrounding Arizona landscape. By layering rich, rustic hues - like terracottas, golden mustards, and earthy greens - with warm woods and sleek, modern finishes, we gave the home a distinct, boutique hotel feel without losing its approachability. The result is a vibrant, standout listing that captures attention online while delivering a deeply relaxing experience the moment guests walk inside.
