The Project:
Transform a massive, newly built blank slate in Broken Bow into a private, experience-driven resort. The goal was to intentionally design a property that could comfortably sleep 28 guests and offer a seamless flow to the sprawling outdoor amenities -like the pool, sauna, and private pickleball court - without ever feeling cluttered. Every layout was strategically planned to handle high capacity while giving guests plenty of breathing room.
The Vibe: Elevated Americana
We leaned into a playful yet sophisticated Modern Western and Americana theme. By blending a crisp red, white, and blue palette with rugged leathers, warm woods, and statement neon art, we gave the cabin a distinct, photogenic personality. The result is a welcoming, high-capacity retreat that looks incredible in photos and feels even better in person.
